动态血糖监测评估孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖波动

目的探讨动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法将30例孕妇分为50 g葡萄糖负荷试验(GCT)正常组、异常组及妊娠糖尿病(GDM)组,每组10例,采用CGMS进行连续3 d血糖监测。结果GDM组整体血糖波动系数,空腹血糖平均值,餐后血糖平均值,患者早、中、晚餐三餐达到餐后血糖峰值,低血糖及高血糖事件发生次数均明显高于其他两组(P均<0.05)。结论 CGMS能够准确反映出GDM患者的完整血糖变化,可增强患者对饮食控制、运动疗法、胰岛素治疗的依从性,对改善母婴结局具有重要意义。

Continuous glucose monitoring system in evaluating the blood glucose excursions of gestational diabetes mellitus patients during the late second or early third trimester of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the application value of continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） on gestational diabetes mellitus patients （GDM）. Methods Thirty pregnant women underwent 50 g glucose challenge test （GCT） and a oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） were divided into three groups： normal GCT group, abnormal GCT group and GDM group, with 10 cases in each group. All of the patients recieved the CGMS test to monitor the blood glucose excursion for 3 days. Results The overall coefficient of blood glucose excursions, mean fasting blood glucose level, mean postprandial blood glucose level, extent of preprandial and postprandial blood glucose increment, and incidence of hypoglycemic and hyperglycaemic events were significant- ly higher in GDM group than those in other two groups （P all 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CGMS can accurately reflect the blood glu- cose excursions in GDM, and improve the compliance of diet treatment, exercise treatment and drug treatment of patients, h has important value in improvihg the prognosis.
