| 摘 要： | 对36例重症呼吸道感染患者,进行床边纤维支气管镜吸引、冲洗、滴药治疗。其中31例治疗后23天,胸片X线炎症阴影明显吸收,痰培养,细菌阴转率100％;9例肺不张患者完全复张,4例气管切开病人,无力咳出痰栓,治疗后转危为安。说明纤维支气管镜是临床重症呼吸道感染抢救中的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Thirty-six patients with severe infection of respiratory tract were treated bybedside fiberbronchoscope, they were given attraction, douche and drop. After 2~3days' treatment, the inflammatory shadow indicated by x-ray photograph of chest wasmarkedly absorbed in 31 cases, and sputum culture conversion rate was 100%;atelectasiswas fully regained in 9,4 patients who had tracheotomy and lacked strenghth to expectorate tided over after the treatment. This study shows that fiberbroscope is importantfor seveve infection of respiratory tract in clinical emergency treatment. |
