基因重排技术在皮肤淋巴增生性疾病中的应用

目前关于皮肤淋巴瘤的分类标准主要有3种:REAL、EORTC和WHO。由于在分类和所用术语方面存在差异,引起了不小的争议和混乱。2005年美国Blood杂志正式发表了世界卫生组织(WHO)和欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)共同确定的皮肤淋巴瘤分类,正式名称为"WHO-EORTC"皮肤淋巴瘤分类,明确指出淋巴瘤确诊要依据临床表现、细胞形态学、免疫表型特征和受体基因重排方式。受体基因重排克隆性分析技术为解决这些问题提供了一条途径,成为辅助诊断的重要手段。

The application of gene rearrangement in cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders(Review)

There are three kinds of classification of cutaneous lymphoma, including REAL, EORTC and WHO. The differences in the classification standards and terms between different groups have lead to controversy and confusion. The classification of cutaneous lymphomas have been published in Blood magazine in 2005. The formal name of ＂WHO-EORTC＂ cutaneous lymphoma elassification was deter- mined by WHO and the European Organization for research and treatment of cancer （ EORTC ）, and the clinical manifestations, cell morphology, immunological phenotype and receptor gene rearrangement for the diagnosis of this disease were determined. The receptor gene rearrangement of clonality analysis technology would provide a way and become an important method for the diagnosis of cutaneous lymphoma.
