医院手术麻醉科医务人员艾滋病防护的调查及培训

目的调查昆医附一院手术医务人员对艾滋病的认识及防护措施．方法采用问卷调查方法对手术麻醉科人员在预防艾滋病知识和态度方面的情况调查，了解我科人员对艾滋病预防的现状，并对教育前后的情况进行对比．结果对艾滋病知识知晓率清洁员为40％，手术室医务人员为95％．对标准防护的知晓率为40％．对艾滋病职业暴露后的处理的知晓率为50％．结论调查发现存在一些不容忽视的问题，通过培训进一步提高医务人员对艾滋病的防护意识．

AIDS Knowledge Survey and Prevention Strategy Training in Medical Staff in Operating Room

Objective To investigate medical staffs knowledge of AIDS and prevention strategy in the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Methods We investigated the medical staff＇s knowledge of AIDS and their attitudes towards AIDS by questionnaire in operating room. After we learned the current status of AIDS prevention in our department, we trained operating room staff by propagandizing AIDS knowledge and prevention strategy, and then we compared the situation between before and after training. Results The rate of knowing AIDS of medical staff was 95%, while the rate of knowing AIDS of dustman was only 40% in operating room. The rate of knowing standard precaution of medical staff was 40%, and the rate of knowing prevention management after occupational exposure was 50%. Conclusions We can find some unneglectable issues during investigation. The medical staff＇s knowledge of AIDS and prevention strategy can be improved by training.
