摘    要:目的探讨AF系统内固定与椎管减压治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的疗效。方法对2000年以来收治的22例胸腰椎骨折并不同程度截瘫的病例采用椎管减压与AF系统复位内固定治疗。结果不完全截瘫15例基本恢复正常,其中3例下肢肌均轻度萎缩,7例完全截瘫病例截瘫平面有不同程度下降。术后X线片示椎体均基本恢复高度。结论椎管减压与AF系统内固定是目前治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折较理想的方法。

Abstract:Objective To treat thoracolumbar burst fracture using AF internal fixate system andreducing spinal canal. Methods 22 cases with thoracolumbar fracture and paraplegia to varng degreeswere treated with AF internal fixate system and reducing spinal canal since 2000. Results 15incompletely paraplegic patients were restored to health besides 3 lower limbs a little muscular atrophy.7 completely paraplegic patients paraplegic plane were better. In X-ray after operation, verlebra wasrestored to the highness. Conclusion AF internal fixate system and reducing spinal canal were the goodtechnique for treating thoracolumbar burst frature.
