高血压脑出血软通道微创手术和内科治疗的临床研究

目的观察软通道微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法高血压脑出血92例分成软通道微创手术组（n=46）和内科治疗组（n=46）。以治疗后90天日常生活能力（BI）和死亡率作为判断疗效的标准，比较两组的疗效。结果软通道微创手术组总有效率为77．5％，死亡率为8．7％；内科治疗组总有效率60．3％，死亡率23．9％。两组总有效率比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论软通道微创手术治疗高血压脑出血安全、有效，明显降低了患者死亡率，提高了患者生存质量。

Clinical research of soft access minimally invasive operation and medical treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of soft - channel minimally invasive operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety - two eases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into groups of soft - channel minimally invasive operation group （ n = 46） and medical treatment group （ n = 46 ）. Daily living ability and mortality of the patients were evaluated ninety days after treatment and the efficacy of the treatment was compared between the two groups. Remits The total effective rate was 78.3% and mortality rate was 8% in soft - channel minimally invasive surgery group. While the total efficiency was 60.9% and mortality rate was 23.9% in medical treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Soft - channel minimally invasive operation significantly improve the quality of life and reduce mortality rate in patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage.
