| 摘 要： | 目的:总结同胞孪生儿同时烫伤的临床特点与治疗经验.方法:2005年7月至2007年6月间,应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗4例孪生(两对同胞)儿烫伤,其中男性2例,女性2例;并对其同时烫伤的原因与特点进行回顾性分析.结果:4例孪生烫伤儿童系两对同胞孪生儿,同时发生烫伤,创面烫伤以Ⅱ度为主,Ⅲ度创面未经皮肤移植治疗,自行愈合,随访3个月,仅1例有浅表性头重脚瘢痕,但功能正常.结论:同胞孪生儿同时烫伤的机会似乎较多,烫伤创面可选用MEBO治疗,该疗法简便易行,效果显著,儿童易于接受.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of treating twins scalded simultaneously.Method:The 4 cases of scalded twins(2 twins),two boys and two girls,were treated with MEBO from July of 2005 to June of 2007. The causes and features of simultaneous scald were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The 4 cases of twins scalded simulta- neously with mainly second degree bums plus third degree bums,were cured without skin-grafting.Follow-up visits for 3 months showed that only one case healed with superficial sc... |
