| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法:将口腔扁平苔藓患者124例随机分为2组。对照组34例采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组90例在对照组常规方法治疗基础上加中医辨证治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),且随访观察其复发率低于对照组。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓可提高疗效,方法安全,无副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of for orallichen planus(OLP) by TCM combined with western medicine.Methods: 124 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The con-trol group(34 cases) was treated by routine method, and the treat-ment group by routine treatment and Chinese herbal drugs. Results:The cured rate and total effective rate of treatment group was higherthan control group, and a follow - up showed that the recurrencerate was lower than control group. Conclusion: TCM combined withwestern medicine can increase the curative effect for OLP, and themethod is safe and no side effect is observed. |
