硫酸头孢噻利与4种常用输液的配伍稳定性

摘    要:目的:考察硫酸头孢噻利与4种常用输液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定硫酸头孢噻利的质量浓度,并观察配伍液外观颜色、pH值变化。结果:室温下放置6 h,配伍液的质量浓度、pH值、外观均无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与4种输液配伍后在6h内使用是稳定的。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the stability between cefoselis sulfate for injection and 4 kinds of Transfusion in the clinical practice. Methods: The UV method was used to determine the content of cefoselis sulfate and the appearance, color variety and pH were investigated at the same time. Results: The content, pH and appearance of the infusions had not changed significantly after being put at the room temperature for 6 hours. Conclusion: The four kinds of infusions mixed with cefoselis sulfate were stable within 6 hours.
