| 摘 要： | 目的:考察硫酸头孢噻利与4种常用输液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定硫酸头孢噻利的质量浓度,并观察配伍液外观颜色、pH值变化。结果:室温下放置6 h,配伍液的质量浓度、pH值、外观均无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与4种输液配伍后在6h内使用是稳定的。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the stability between cefoselis sulfate for injection and 4 kinds of Transfusion in the clinical practice. Methods： The UV method was used to determine the content of cefoselis sulfate and the appearance, color variety and pH were investigated at the same time. Results： The content, pH and appearance of the infusions had not changed significantly after being put at the room temperature for 6 hours. Conclusion： The four kinds of infusions mixed with cefoselis sulfate were stable within 6 hours. |
