| 摘 要： | 由于大部分乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者病情迁延不愈，在就医过程中存在多地求医、反复就诊、多次报告等情况。导致“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”(信息系统)报告的乙肝病例既包括急性病例，也包括慢性病例，既有初次就诊病例，也有多次就诊报告病例，不能准确反映年度新发病例情况。为掌握武汉市乙肝报告的真实发病情况，于2010年对报告乙肝病例开展此项调查。
