| 摘 要： | Objective To observe domestic Artemether injection and oral premaquine‘s clinical effect and side reaction to malaria inpatent in DRC peacekeeping. Method 40 cases‘ clinical symptoms amd laboratory tests were investigated and analyzed by Chinese first medical contingent. Result The results showed that the domestic artemether can control the patients‘ symptoms quickly. The effective ratio is 90%. When combined with premaquine, there are higher cleaning ratio to 75 %. The relapsed ratio is lower in short period. Conclusion The two kinds of medicine combinatin usage is one of best medication of anti-malaria.
