| 摘 要： | 目的探讨化瘀膏对新生儿硬肿症的治疗。方法将146例新生儿硬肿症随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组除综合治疗外,加用化瘀膏外敷。结果总有效率:治疗组81·7%,对照组52·0%。治疗组明显优于对照组(2=14·42,p<0·01),且未见任何毒副反应。结论化瘀膏是较好的辅助治疗新生儿硬肿症的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of Huayu-Gao in treating sclerema neonatorum. Methods 146 sclerema neonatorum were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group. Both of the groups were treated with general therapies. On the basis of general therapies, treatment group was applicated Huayu-Gao for external treatment. Results Total clinical effective rates of treatment group and comparison group were 81.7% and 52.0% respectively. Total clinical effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of comparison group (~ 2 = 14.42, p<0.01). There were no adverse effects. Conclusion Huayu-Gao is a preferable medicine for adjuvant treatment of sclerema neonatorum. |
