血糖水平监测在脑外伤急性期临床意义

目的 分析颅脑损伤后急性期的血糖水平变化与病情、预后的关系,为临床治疗提供有价值的参考指标.方法 将98例颅脑外伤患者按格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)分为重型组(3～8分)26例,中型组(9～13分)44例及轻型组(13～15分)28例,测定入院时及伤后第1、2、3天、伤后1周的空腹血糖值.回访患者3、6、12个月后康复情况.结果 入院时血糖检测结果 与正常值比较,轻型颅脑损伤者血糖水平与正常值无统计学意义,中型及重型颅脑损伤者血糖水平明显高于正常值,伤后第3天血糖显著升高,伤后1周血糖仍保持较高水平且比首次检测结果 高.结论 入院时血糖水平与颅脑损伤程度、预后有一定相关关系.

Clinical study of Blood Glucose Level in Patients with acute brain injury

Objective To explore the relationship of the blood glucose levels,the severity and the prognosis of the patients with acute brain injury.Methods The empty abdomen serum glucose levels of 98 patients with acute brain injury on admission,and within 24、48、72 hours and 1 week after admission were retrospectively analyzed to compare patients in the hyperglycemia group with those in normoglycemia group,but also the glucose levels of different GCS scores in the hyperglycemia.Results The differences of the blood glucose levels with the differences the severity and the prognosis of the patients with acute brain injury.Conclusion The blood glucose levels may be effecting the severity and the prognosis of the patients with acute brain injury.
