系统性红斑狼疮患者的血清蛋白电泳谱及免疫球蛋白测定分析

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者的血清蛋白电泳谱、免疫球蛋白和补体的变化情况.方法 对64例系统性红斑狼疮患者与53例健康者血清进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳及免疫球蛋白和补体测定,并对其各测定结果进行分析.结果 清蛋白、α1-球蛋白、α2-球蛋白、γ-球蛋白、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM高于对照组,而C3、C4比对照组低,β-球蛋白无差异.结论 血清蛋白电泳、免疫球蛋白和补体的联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮的诊断和疗效观查有重要意义.

Serum proteinogram and immunoglobulin analysis of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To explore the changes of serum proteinogram, immunoglobulin and complement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Serum samples from 64 cases of patients with SLE(SLE group) and 53 cases of healthy controls(control group) were detected for proteinogram, immunoglobulin and complement.Results Compared with control group, SLE group was with higher level of albumin,α1-globulin,α2-globulin,γ-globulin, immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM, and lower level of C3, C4 and equal level of β-globulin.Conclusion It could be significant for diagnosis and curative effect observation of SLE to perform combined detection of serum proteinogram,immunoglobulin and complement.
