新生儿溶血病壮族患儿ABO溶血三项试验检测结果分析

目的 分析壮族新生儿溶血病(HDN)患儿ABO溶血三项试验检测结果,并探讨其与汉族患儿的差异.方法 采用微柱凝胶卡式法对269例疑似HDN壮族患儿和295例汉族患儿进行ABO溶血三项试验检测,并对结果 进行比较分析;以出生3 d为临界点,分析不同日龄壮族患儿溶血三项试验检测结果 的差异.结果 壮族A型患儿各试验检测阳性率均高于B型(P＜0.05),日龄不超过3 d者各试验阳性率均高于日龄超过3 d者(P＜0.05).壮族新生儿各试验检测阳性率高于汉族,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 ABO血型为A型的壮族新生儿溶血三项试验检测阳性率高于B型;壮、汉两族阳性率相近.溶血三项试验对HDN的诊断和治疗具有指导意义.

Analysis of the three tests of ABO haemolysis in newborns with hemolytic disease of Zhuang Nationality

Objective To analyze the results of the tree tests of ABO haemolysis in newborns with hemolytic disease of newborn(HDN) of Zhuang Nationality,and to explore the difference with Han Nationality.Methods Micro-column gel card method was performed for the three tests of ABO haemolysis in 269 cases of newborns,suspected with HDN,of Zhuang Nationality,and 295 newborns of Han Nationality,and the results were compared.Taking 3 days after born as threshold,the difference of the detected results were analyzed between newborns of Zhuang Nationality with different age.Results The positive rates of the three tests in newborn patients of Zhuang Nationality with A blood type were higher than those in newborns with B blood type(P<0.05),and the positive rates in newborns less or equal with 3 days old were higher than those in newborns more than 3 days old(P<0.05).The positive rates in newborns of Zhuang Nationality were higher than those in newborns of Han Nationality,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of the three tests of ABO haemolysis in newborns with A blood type might be higher than those in newborns with B blood type of Zhuang Nationality,and the positive rates were close between Zhuang and Han Nationality.The three tests of ABO haemolysis could be important for the diagnosis and therapy for HDN.
