下颌磨牙半切术后不同固定修复设计的临床疗效观察

目的：对下颌磨牙半切术后行不同形式的同定修复，观察其治疗效果。方法：选择133颗下颌磨牙，切除无法保存的病变牙根，对保留牙根行根管治疗后，根据每颗牙的牙体牙周状况、邻牙状况、对颌牙等因素行不同方式的固定修复，随访5年。结果：双端桥5年成功率93．1％；双基牙单端固定桥修复5年成功率89．3％；单冠（单基牙单端同定桥）修复5年成功率87．5％。统计差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：下颌磨牙半切术后行冠桥修复能够最人程度保留患牙，较好的恢复患牙的咀嚼功能，但应根据不同情况选择适当的修复方式。

Clinical observation of different fixed restoration designs on mandible molars after hemisection

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of different fixed restoration designs on mandible molars after hemisection. Methods: Hemisection therapy were performed on 133 mandible molars. After root canal filling, different fixed restorations were selected based on the condition of remained roots, their adjacent teeth and opposite teeth. The therapeutic effect were evaluated after 5 years follow-up. Results: The 5 years success rate of fixed bridge,cantilever fixed bridge and single crown were 93.1%, 89.3%, 87.5% respectively (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Fixed restorations are effective methods to restore tooth structure and function of severely damaged teeth after hemisection, but the type of fixed restoration must be carefully selected according to indications.
