子宫内膜癌腹水中一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶检测意义的初探

摘    要:目的 检测子宫内膜癌及子宫肌瘤患者腹水中一氧化氮 (NO)及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的活性 ,探讨腹水中NO及NOS含量与子宫内膜癌之间的关系。方法 对 2 2例子宫内膜癌患者腹水进行NO及NOS测定并与子宫肌瘤组患者腹水进行比较。结果 子宫内膜癌患者腹水中NO浓度及NOS活性明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且随子宫内膜癌手术病理分期的增加 ,NO浓度及NOS活性增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,并与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关。结论 NO浓度及NOS活性的增加可能参与了子宫内膜癌发生及肿瘤发展、生长过程 ,与手术病理分期有关。子宫内膜癌组织及腹水中NOS活性增高是NO合成增多的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the level of nitric oxide(NO) or activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and endometrial carcinoma by detecting the content of NO and NOS activity in endometrium carcinoma ascites.Methods The concentration of NO and the activity of NOS in 22 patients of endometrial carcinoma ascites were evaluated and compared with normal control. Results The concentration of NO and the activity of NOS were significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma ascite than those in control group(P<0.01). The level of NOS activity gradually increased as the differentiating degree for the tumor decreased(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between NOS activity and degree of malignance. Conclusion Increase of NO and NOS activity may play an important role in the occurrenceand development of endometrial carcinoma, and the increase of NO and NOS activity is associated with the differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. The increase of NO in edometrial neoplasm is mainly produced by the high level of NOS.
