测定妊娠期糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和C反应蛋白的价值

目的：探讨在妊娠期糖尿病患者检测糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）和C反应蛋白（cRP）的价值。方法：入选妊娠期糖尿病患者179例（GDM组），非糖尿病孕妇157例（NDG组）和健康体检者164例（健康对照组），采用高效液相色谱法检测HbAlc水平，日立7170型全自动生化分析仪检测CRP水平，并进行比较。结果：与健康对照组和NDG组比较，GDM组HbAlc（4．97±0．25）％、（5．64±0．85）％比（10．08±1．05）％]和CRP（2．42±0．78）mg／L、（4．96±0．65）mg／L比（10．25±0．87）mg／L]水平明显升高（P均〈0．05）；Pearson直线相关分析显示，CRP水平与空腹血糖呈明显正相关（r=0．493，P〈0．05）。结论：检测糖化血红蛋白和C反应蛋白对妊娠期糖尿病患者的诊断具有重要价值。

Value detecting glycosylated hemoglobin and C-reactive protein in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective:To investigate clinical value detecting glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 179 GDM patients were enrolled as GDM group,157 non-diabetic pregnant women were enrolled as no-diabetes pregnant women(NDG) group and another 164 healthy subjects were regard as healthy control group.High performance liquid chromatography was used to measure HbA1c level and Hitachi type 7170 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure CRP level,and the results were compared among three groups.Results:Compared with healthy control group and NDG group,there were significant increase in levels of HbA1c (4.97±0.25)%,(5.64±0.85)% vs.(10.08±1.05)%] and CRP (2.42±0.78)mg/ L,(4.96±0.65) mg/ L vs.(10.25±0.87) mg/ L] in GDM group,P<0.05 all;Pearson rectilinear correlation analysis indicated that CRP level was significant positively correlated with fasting blood glucose(r=0.493,P<0.05).Conclusion:Detecting glycosylated hemoglobin and C-reactive protein possesses important value for diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
