彩色多普勒超声对亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进症诊断价值的探讨

目的探讨彩色多普超声对亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进症（亚甲亢）的诊断价值。方法对亚甲亢患者和正常人各40例行甲状腺彩色多普超声检查，观察甲状腺的二维图像及彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）特点，测量甲状腺上动脉（STA）血流各参数，两组间并作对比分析。结果亚甲亢组甲状腺体积增大，17例患者甲状腺血供丰富或较丰富，腺体内结节血供呈3级表现，STA流速增大，左右STA的收缩期最大血流速度（Vmax）分别为（62．75±12．08）cm／s和（68．55±15．77）cm／s，搏动频率（81．63±5．05）次／min；与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论彩色多普勒超声对亚甲亢有着较好的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

Investigation of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of subclinical hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound （CDUS） in diagnosis of subclinical hyperthyroidism. Methods Forty patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study, and their thyroids were examined by CDUS. The sonogram features and color Doppler flow images of thyroid were observed, blood flow parameters of superior thyroidal artery （STA） were measured, then the results were compared with each other. Results The volume of thyroid in subclinical hyperthyroidism was increased, blood flow was enriched in 17 patients, the blood supply of nodus in glandular organ were present in three - grade pattern, the flow rate of STA was increased, the Vmax of left and right STA were （62.75± 12, 08） cm/s and （68.55 ± 15.77） cm/s, respectively, and pulsation frequency was （ 81.63 ± 5.05 ） bit/rain. There was significant difference between subclinical hyperthyroidism group and control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of subclinical hyperthyroidism.
