| 摘 要： | 乳腺增生为育龄期女性最为常见的一种疾病,属于中医学"乳癖"范畴,多为情志因素所致肝郁气滞,痰湿内蕴,气血凝滞,瘀血痰浊互结,聚于乳络为病.马宏博教授治疗乳腺增生病以肝为枢,"木郁达之",标本兼治,临床用药注重疏肝理气兼以活血通络、化痰散结之品,而收显效.

| Abstract: | Breast hyperplasia is the most common disease in women of childbearing age.It belongs to the category of“nodules of breast”in traditional Chinese medicine.Most of them are caused by emotional factors,liver depression and qi stagnation,phlegm-dampness intrinsic,stagnation of qi and blood,blood stasis and phlegm turbid each other,gather in milk for disease.Professor Ma Hongbo treats this disease with the liver as the pivot,“Muyu Dazhi”,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.The clinical use of drugs focuses on soothing liver and regulating qi,as well as activating blood circulation and relieving phlegm and dispersing knot. |
