网络学习平台的翻转教学法在中医内科学医患沟通能力培养中的应用

摘    要:文章探讨基于网络学习平台的翻转课堂教学方法对提高学生在中医内科教学中各方面能力的作用,探索提高中医内科教学效果的方法。医患沟通能力是中医药学生在全球医学教育中必须具备的核心能力之一。中医教学以培养医学生核心能力为目标,利用网络学习平台引入真正的临床医患沟通现状进行角色扮演。通过专业知识、临床技能和医患沟通技巧的组合评价体系和教学反馈调查问卷,探索基于网络学习平台翻转教学方法在中医内科教学中的应用效果。结果表明,该教学方法有利于提高中医内科学的教学效果,培养医学生医患沟通能力,促进医学生其他核心能力的培养,符合“以学生为中心”的教学理念。基于网络学习平台的翻转课堂教学方法有助于提高中医内科教学的教学效果,此种模式值得推广。

Abstract:This paper discusses the effect of flipped classroom teaching method based on network learning platform on improving students’ability in various aspects of internal medicine teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,and explores the methods to improve the teaching effect of internal medicine of Traditional Chinese medicine.Doctor-patient communication is one of the core abilities that traditional Chinese medicine students must have in their global medical education.Article cultivation of medical students core competence as the goal,the use of network learning platform is introduced into the real clinical status of doctor-patient communication role playing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,through professional knowledge,clinical skills and the combination of doctor-patient communication skills evaluation system and teaching feedback questionnaire,exploration based on the network learning platform to flip the application of teaching method in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine teaching effect.The results show that the teaching method is beneficial to improve the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,cultivate the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students,promote the cultivation of other core abilities of medical students,and conform to the teaching concept of“student-centered”.The flipped classroom teaching method based on network learning platform is helpful to improve the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine teaching.
