半夏厚朴汤治疗痰湿型反复性口腔溃疡临床观察

目的 分析半夏厚朴汤加减治疗痰湿型反复性口腔溃疡的效果。方法 选取中国医科大学附属口腔医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的156例痰湿型反复性口腔溃疡（ROU）患者纳入本次研究，按随机数字表法均分为对照组与汤剂组。对照组给予常规治疗，汤剂组在常规治疗的同时给予半夏厚朴汤加减治疗。治疗14 d后，评估2组临床疗效，观察治疗前后2组患者溃疡疼痛程度视觉模拟（VAS）评分、溃疡面积、溃疡个数、发作频率及血清指标的变化情况，统计治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果 汤剂组总有效率为93.59%(73/78)，对照组总有效率为82.05%(64/78)，汤剂组高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，2组VAS评分、溃疡发作频率、溃疡面积、溃疡个数与血清指标均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），且汤剂组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论半夏厚朴汤加减治疗痰湿型ROU疗效良好，且用药安全。

Clinical Observation on Banxia Houpo Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Stomatological Ulcer of Phlegm-dampness Type

Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Houpo decoction in the treatment of recurrent stomatological ulcer of phlegmdampness type. Methods 156 patients with recurrent stomatological ulcer(ROU) with phlegm-dampness admitted to Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in this study. According to the random number method, they were divided into the control group and the decoction group. The control group was given routine treat-ment, while the decoction group was given combined treatment with Banxia Houpo decoction. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and changes in visual analogue scale(VAS) score, ulcer area, number of ulcers, attack fre-quency and serum indicators of ulcer were observed before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treat-ment was calculated. Results The total effective rate was 93.59%(73/78) in decoction group and 82.05%(64/78) in control group,which was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score, ulcer attack frequency, ulcer area, number of ul-cers and serum indexes in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment( P<0.05), and the decoction group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Banxia Houpo decoction has a good effect on the treatment of recurrent stomatological ulcer with phlegm-dampness, and drug safety.
