The Application of Chinese medicine Multimodal Analgesia Therapy after Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of multimodal analgesic therapy with Chinese medicine after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 60 patients after hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases). The treatment group was given analgesic treatment with multimode analgesic therapy of Chinese medicine,while the control group was given analgesic treatment with general multimodal analgesic management therapy. Pain score,opioid drugs usage and adverse reactions were observed within 7 days after operation in the two groups. Resuts There was significant difference in pain score of active state from day 2 to day 7 after operation between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores in pain score of rest state between the two groups within 7 days after operation(P>0.05). There was significant difference in opioid drugs use between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine multimodal analgesic therapy can effectively reduce anal pain in the active state from day 2 to day 7 after operation,and reduce the use of opioids.
