参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿维A胶囊治疗重度寻常型银屑病的回顾性研究

目的：探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿维A胶囊治疗重度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。 方法：回顾性分析2019年9月1日至2020年3月31日本院银屑病专科病房住院病例，记录和评判参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿维A胶囊（观察组）和阿维A胶囊（对照组）治疗前后受累体表面积（BSA）、银屑病皮损面积和严重指数（PASI）、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）、医师及患者对疾病总体状况的评估（PGA、VAS）、不良反应的发生情况。结果：筛选出重度寻常型银屑病患者244例，其中观察组157例，对照组87例，两组组内治疗前后PASI、BSA、DLQI、PGA及VAS评分值比较均有统计学差异（P<0.05），观察组与对照组治疗后在PASI、BSA值减少百分比、总显效率、DLQI、PGA及VAS评分值显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿维A胶囊治疗重度寻常型银屑病能有效降低PASI、BSA值，可改善DLQI、PGA 、VAS指标，临床疗效确切。

Retrospective Study of the Clinical Efficacy of Shenxiong Glucose Injections in the Treatment of Severe Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injections in the treatment of severe psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: Hospitalized psoriatic patients during September 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020 were analyzed retrospectively, to observe their body surface area (BSA), psoriasis area and severity index (PASI), dermatology life quality index (DLQI), physician''s global assessment and visual analogue score (PGA and VAS) before and after their treatment with Shenxiong glucose injections and acitretin capsules, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: Totally 244 patients of severe psoriasis vulgaris were selected. They were divided into two groups: an observation group of 157 patients who were treated with both Shenxiong glucose injections and acitretin capsules; and a control group of 87 patients who were treated with acitretin capsules alone. Within the same group, there were statistic differences in PASI, BSA, DLQI, PGA and VAS before and after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, there were statistical differences between the groups in PASI and BSA reduction percentages and total obvious effective rates (P<0.05), and the DLQI, PGA and VAS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenxiong glucose injections combined with acitretin capsules can effectively decrease PASI and BSA and improve DLQI, PGA and VAS more significantly. It has obvious curative effects on severe psoriasis vulgaris.
