Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching method of Xuexitong and BOPPS in basic nursing skills training. Methods Grade 2018 nursing class 1 and 2 was selected as the control group and grade 2018 nursing class 3 and 4 was se-lected as the research group. The commonly used practical teaching items were divided into A, B and C items. The traditional teach-ing mode was used in the control group, while the mixed teaching mode was used in the research group. Students ’performance, autonomous learning ability, and evaluate the teaching effect was compared. Results The scores of skill, self-management, cooperative learning and autonomous learning in the study group were all higher than those in the control group, and the scores of learning moti-vation and information quality in the study group were better than those in the control group( P<0.01). The study group had higher learning effect and self-evaluation than the control group( P <0.01). Conclusion The mixed teaching method of Xuexitong and BOPPPS is beneficial to stimulate the identification and internalization of nursing role of vocational college students, improve their dual ability of theory and practice, so as to truly realize the student-centered participatory learning purpose.
