| 摘 要： | 随着对淋巴水肿病理生理机制认识的深入与治疗手段的迭代更新，已有的大量证据表明，无论客观测量还是患者的主观感受，脂肪抽吸术均能为慢性晚期淋巴水肿患者带来显著的治疗效果。本文就脂肪抽吸术用于治疗淋巴水肿患者的原理、手术指征、治疗效果及联合应用等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of our understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of lymphedema and the updating of treatment methods,there has been more and more evidence showing that liposuction can be used for patients with chronic advanced lymphedema in terms of objective measurement and subjective feelings of patients.In this paper,focused on the application of liposuction in the treatment of patients with lymphedema,the treatment principles,surgical indications,therapeutic effects and combined applications were all comprehensively reviewed. |
