基于医易辨证哲学思维之太极消渴汤治疗糖尿病临床观察

目的 观察基于医易辨证哲学思维之太极消渴汤治疗糖尿病临床效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2019年6月北京市丰台区马家堡社区卫生服务中心瑞丽江畔社区卫生服务站收治的2型糖尿病患者110例，按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组在生活方式干预的基础上予以二甲双胍治疗，观察组在与对照组同样生活方式干预的基础上，用中药太极消渴汤治疗，2组均连续治疗3个月。观察2组治疗后临床疗效；治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb Alc）]、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、体质量指数（BMI）、中医证候积分变化。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb Alc、ALT、AST、BMI、中医证候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，2组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb Alc、ALT、AST、BMI、中医证候积分均降低（P<0.05），观察组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 太极消渴汤治疗糖尿病可提高临床疗效，降低血糖、ALT、AST、BMI、...

Clinical Observation on Taiji Xiaoke Decoction in Treating Diabetes Mellitus Based on Syndrome Differentiation Philosophical Thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yijing

Objective To observe the clinical application of Taiji Xiaoke decoction in treating diabetes mellitus based on syndrome differentiation philosophical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and Yijing.Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with metformin on the basis of lifestyle intervention,and the observation group was treated with Taiji Xiaoke decoction on the basis of the same lifestyle intervention.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical effects,changes of blood glucose,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),body mass index(BMI)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc,ALT,AST,BMI and traditional Chinese medical syndrome score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc,ALT,AST,BMI and traditional Chinese medical syndrome score in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taiji Xiaoke decoction can improve the clinical curative effect and reduce blood sugar,ALT,AST,BMI and traditional Chinese medical syndrome score,has significantly therapeutic effect,and is worthy of promotion.
