长蛇灸治疗气血虚弱型原发性痛经临床观察

目的通过观察长蛇灸与口服布洛芬胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效差异,证实长蛇灸治疗气血虚弱型原发性痛经的优越性。方法将60例符合纳入标准的原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组在患者大椎至腰俞之间铺以5 cm宽、2.5 cm高的姜泥1条,姜泥条上铺3 cm宽、2 cm高的艾绒(约200 g),每灸3壮,一周1次,连续治疗3个月经周期,对照组经前1 d开始服用布洛芬胶囊,每日2次,每次1粒,连续服用3 d,连续治疗3个月经周期。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛症状积分以及VAS视觉模拟评分差异。结果经过3个月经周期的治疗,二者均可有效缓解痛经症状,2组痛经患者的疼痛症状积分以及VAS视觉模拟评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.001),但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组,其中治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率为80.0%(24/30),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论长蛇灸组治疗原发性痛经疗效优于口服布洛芬组,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Long Snake-like Moxibustion in Treating Primary Dysmenonrrheal with Deficiency of Qi and Blood

Objective To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between long snake-like moxibustion and oral ibuprofen capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and to prove the superiority of long snake moxibustion in the treatment of primary dys-menorrhea with deficiency of qi and blood. Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. In the treatment group, a piece of ginger slime5 cm wide and 2.5 cm high was spread between Dazhui(DU14) and Yaoshu(DU2), and a piece of ginger slinme 3 cm wide and 2 cm high was spread. The high dose eilong(about 200 g) was treated once a week for 3 consecutive menstrual cysies. The control group took ibucrofen capsuler 2 times a day, once pill each time, for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. The pain symptom score and VAS score were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. Results After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment, both of them could effec-tively relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms. The pain symptom scores and VISUAL VAS scores of dysmenorrhea patients in the 2 groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment( P<0.001), but the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with the total effective rate of 93.3%(28/30)in the treatment group and 80.0%(24/30)in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.01). Conclusion The long snake-like moxibustion is better than the oral ibuprofen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, which is worthy of clinical application.
