辨证取穴联合心理干预对无偿献血者献血反应及负性情绪的影响

目的 探讨中医辨证取穴联合心理干预对无偿献血者献血反应及负性情绪的影响。方法 将2020年7月—2020年8月吉安市中心血站发生献血反应的100例献血者随机分为2组，每组50例。对照组采取常规献血护理操作，观察组在常规献血操作基础上采用辨证取穴联合心理干预措施，对2组献血者进行焦虑量表评估，疼痛程度评分比较，有效率比较和护理总满意率评估。结果 采取辨证取穴联合心理干预后，观察组焦虑量表评分、疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组治疗后有效率及护理总满意率明显优于对照组。结论 辨证取穴联合心理干预能缓解献血者的焦虑情绪，降低献血反应发生率。

Effect of Acupoint Selection Based on Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Psychological Intervention on Blood Donation Reaction and Negative Emotion of Unpaid Blood Donors

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation combined with psychological inter-vention on the reaction and negative emotion of unpaid blood donors. Methods A total of 100 blood donors who had reaction of donating blood from July to August in 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 in each group. The control group was treat-ed with routine blood donation nursing, and the observation group was treated with acupoint selection based on syndrome differentia-tion combined with psychological intervention. Two groups of blood donors were evaluated by anxiety scale, pain score, efficiency and satisfaction with nursing. Results The scores of anxiety scale and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the effective rate and satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation combined with psychological interven-tion could alleviated the anxiety of blood donors and reduced the incidence of blood donation reaction.
