| 摘 要： | 目的观察宫血宁在药物流产中的止血效果。方法用米非司酮及米索前列醇使孕囊排出后，观察组150例口服宫血宁胶囊，对照组150例口服止血环酸片，观察其阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。结果观察组与对照组比较，药流后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），观察组疗效好于对照组。结论宫血宁治疗药物流产后阴道出血疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objcctive To observe the hemostatic effect on drug abortion treated by Gongxuening MethodAfter draining pregnan-cy prostaticus by mifepristone or misoprostol,150 cases were taken Capsule orally as the study group while the control group were taken Tranexamic Acid then we observe the time and the quantity of colpormagia ResultThere is obvious difference in the time and the quantity of colpormagi abteween the study group and the control group(P<0.01).The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group.ConclusionThe therapeuticeffect on drug abortion treated by Gongxuening is reliable. |
