| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理护理干预在预防骨科患者术后精神障碍中的应用效果。方法:将263例骨科择期手术患者随机分为观察组133例和对照组130例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强心理护理干预。观察两组术后精神障碍发生率和精神障碍程度。结果:观察组术后精神障碍发生率及精神障碍程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能有效减少骨科术后患者精神障碍的发生,减轻术后精神障碍程度,促进患者康复,具有良好临床应用价值。
