| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对卵巢癌术后经腹腔灌注化疗患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将68例卵巢癌术后经腹腔灌注化疗患者随机分为实验组46例和对照组22例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施护理干预。比较两组治疗依从性和治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗依从性和治疗效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可以提高卵巢癌术后经腹腔灌注化疗患者的治疗依从性,保证化疗方案顺利完成,对提高疗效有重要意义。
