| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨远程网络系统在全膝关节置换术患者居家护理中的应用效果.方法:将84例全膝关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,出院后观察组运用远程网络系统进行居家护理,对照组进行常规出院指导.采用美国特种外科医院膝关节百分评分(HSS)、健康调查简易量表(MOSSF-36)对两组患者膝关节、生活质量评分进行比较.结果:出院后3个月、6个月两组HSS、生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:运用远程网络系统实施居家护理可帮助患者掌握疾病相关康复知识技能,促进膝关节功能康复,提高患者生活质量.
