| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕妇学校规范化健康教育对促进自然分娩的作用.方法:将310例门诊产前检查孕妇随机分为观察组170例和对照组140例.对照组给予产前常规检查及指导,观察组在此基础上参加孕妇学校规范化健康教育.产后比较两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、剖宫产原因.结果:两组产妇分娩方式、产程时间、剖宫产原因比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采用孕妇学校规范化健康教育方式,可减轻孕妇焦虑心态,促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产率.
