| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨导乐分娩对提高初产妇顺产率的影响.方法:根据产妇意愿将300例正常足月初产妇分为导乐组和对照组各150例,导乐组给予导乐分娩,对照组给予传统分娩模式.对两组焦虑状态、疼痛程度、分娩方式和产程时间进行观察比较.结果:导乐组焦虑水平、疼痛程度及剖宫产率均低于对照组(P＜0.01);导乐组阴道顺娩者第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间均少于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:导乐分娩能有效减少初产妇分娩时的焦虑情绪,缓解产时疼痛,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,提高顺产率.
