| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在骨科术后患者尿潴留预防中的应用效果。方法:将96例择期手术患者按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预。观察两组术后排尿和满意度情况。结果:观察组尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能明显减少骨科术后尿潴留的发生,促进膀胱功能尽快恢复,提高护理服务满意度。
