| 摘 要： | 探讨高致敏人群肾移植术后急性排斥反应的护理.通过观察14例高致敏受者尿量、体温、血压变化,以监测早期急性排斥反应发生情况,10例高致敏患者早期发现急性排斥反应,经甲基强的松龙、OKT3抗排斥反应治疗逆转.良好护理及术后监测,对早期发现、早期治疗急性排斥反应具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The paper aims at probing into the care of acute rejection in highly sensitized recipients of renal allografis. Through observing the variation of urinary volume, temperature, blood pressure and monitoring early acute rejection in 14 highly sensitized recipients of genal allografts, we found 10 cases of acute rejection of renal allografi. They were all recovered by the therapy of methylprednisolone and OKT3. Practically, careful nursing and postoperative observation is of great significance for finding and treating acute rejection in highly sensitized recipients of renal allografis. |
