利培酮（卓夫）、氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的：本文为探讨国产利培酮（卓夫）治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法：将100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组，利培酮组和氯氮平组各50例，于治疗前和治疗第2、4．6周末进行阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果：两组PANSS减分率比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）：在认知因子及阴性症状方面利培酮组优于氯氮平组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），氯氮平组不良反应广泛且较利培酮组严重。结论：国产利培酮是一种有效的、安全性优于氯氮平的非典型抗精神病药物。

A comparative study on interior Risperidone and Clozapine in patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To study the curative effect and safety of interior Risperidone in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups;50 patients took Risperidone and others took clozapine.PANSS and TESS were evaluated before treatment and at the end of the 2th,4th,6th weeks after the treatment.Results: The effect of Risperidone and Cozapine had no significant difference(P>0.05),but declining points of recognition factor and negative symptoms of patients taking Risperidone were more than that of Clozapine;Side-effect of Risperidone was less than that of Clozapine.Conclusions: The curative effect and safety of Risperidone were hither than Clozapine.
