摘    要:目的:研究甘肃醉鱼草地上部分的化学成分.方法:利用硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺层析,通过波谱分析鉴定其化学结构.结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物:香草醛(vanillin,Ⅰ)、香草酸(vanillic acid,Ⅱ)、洋丁香酚苷(acteoside,Ⅲ)、异洋丁香酚苷(acteoside isomer,Ⅳ).

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from Buddleja purdomii W. W. Smith. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and structurally identified by spectral analysis. RESULTS: 4 compounds were identified as vanillin (I), vanillic acid (II), acteoside (III), acteoside isomer (IV). CONCLUSION: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
