雾化吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准毛细支气管炎60例患儿随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。两组均予抗病毒、抗感染及止咳化痰等治疗,治疗组加用0.025%布地奈德0.5ml、0、5%沙丁胺醇0.25ml雾化吸入。结果治疗组喘憋、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失,且住院天数均短于对照组(P均〈0.01),差异有显著性。结论布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎可控制喘憋、咳嗽及缩短住院时间。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the therapeutic effects of treating pediatric patients with capillary bronchitis by inhaling atomized pulmicort repulse and salbutamol. Methods Sixty children with capillary bronchitis of diagnostic standard were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups received treatments of anti-virus, anti-infection and phlegm-dissol-ving and cough-stopping etc. Apart from that, the treatment group was treated through inhaling the atomized 0.5 ml pulmicort (0. 025 % ) and 0.25 ml salbutamol (0.5%). Results In the experiment group, symptoms like asthma, wheeze, and cough disappeared with comparatively shorter duration of hospitalization ( P 〈 0.01 ). The differences were noticeable between the two groups. Conclusion Treatment of capillary bronchitis through inhaling atomized pulmicort repulse and salbutamol can release asthma and cough and shorten the duration of hospitalization.
