| 摘 要： | 伏马菌素毒性作用机制尚未研究清楚,目前采用了广泛的细胞试验进行研究。本文介绍了几类用于此项研究的细胞试验,包括纤维原细胞、肠细胞、肝细胞、肾细胞、免疫细胞、星形胶质细胞、神经细胞。探讨了伏马菌素主要的细胞毒性作用及机制。

| Abstract: | The mechanisms of fumonisin-induced toxicity have not been clarified, human and animal cell lines can been used extensively to study its toxicity. The investigation progress of several cell lines including fibroblasts, intestinal cells, liver cells, renal cells, immunocytes, astrocytes, neural cells used in the study were introduced in this article. The main cytotoxicity and mechanisms of fumonisin were also discussed. |
