| 摘 要： | 用对-二甲氨基苯酚(DMAP)治疗氰化物中毒时需监测血液中高铁血红蛋白(MetHb)含量。实验发现,血浆中有一热不稳定,可经透析除掉的小分子物质能催化DMAP氧化成红色的醌,干扰MetHb测定。若加入少量还原剂如Na_2S_2O_4等可防止DMAP氧化,提高MetHb测定的准确性与重复性。

| Abstract: | On treating cyanide poisoning with 4-dimethylaminophenol (DMAP), it is necessary to determine the methemoglobin(MetHb) in blood. A heat labile, dialysable unknown factor in plasma was found to be capable of catalyzing the oxidation of DMAP to a red quinoid product. The oxidized DMAP may interfere with the determination of MetHb, when the DMAP concentration is high. By adding a small amount of reducing agent such as Na_2S_2O_4, the oxidation of DMAP was prevented and the accuracy of the determination was improved. |
