老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者普适性和特异性生活质量问卷评分调查分析

目的调查老年咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者普适性和特异性生活质量问卷评分。方法连续选择2011年1月至2012年12月前往中国医科大学附属第四医院呼吸内科门诊就诊的CVA患者77例,在治疗前分别接受了《普适性生活质量量表》(健康调查简易量表,SF-36)和《特异性生活质量量表》(莱斯特咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷,LCQ)评估,并按年龄进行分组比较测试结果。结果老年CVA患者(≥60岁,24例)的SF-36问卷各维度分及LCQ问卷大部分问题评分、各领域评分、LCQ总分均明显低于对照组(18～59岁,53例)(P均<0.05)。结论老年CVA患者存在明确的普适性和特异性生活质量评分下降。

Universality and specificity of elderly cough variant asthma patients: a life quality questionnaire rating survey

Objective To investigate the universality and specificity of life quality questionnaire score in elderly cough variant asthma(CVA) patients.Methods A total of 77 CVA patients were involved from respiratory department outpatient of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from Nov.2011 to Dec.2012.They accepted assessment with universality life quality scale(medical outcomes study,SF-36) and specificity life quality scale(Leicester cough questionnaire,LCQ) before treatment and were grouped by age to compare the results.Results Dimension points of SF-36 questionnaire and most problems questionnaire,various fields questionnaire,total scores of the LCQ questionnaire in elderly CVA patients(≥60 years,24 cases) were significantly lower than those in the control group(18~59 years,53 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion The universality and specificity of life quality questionnaire score in elderly cough variant asthma(CVA) patients was clearly decreased.
