长沙市某区2004~2005年围产儿死亡影响因素研究

目的:了解长沙市某区2004~2005年围产儿的死亡情况,探讨降低其发病率的措施,为卫生行政部门制定预防和健康干预提供参考依据。方法:对2004~2005年的围产儿进行监测登记,资料用Visual Fox2pro建立数据库,并用SPSS 10.0统计软件包对围产儿死亡情况进行χ2检验等统计学分析。结果:监测长沙市某区2004~2005年围产儿共7 353名,其中围产儿死亡48例,年平均死亡率为6.53‰,孕产妇的户籍因素、高危因素、流动因素,出生缺陷、早产、产前检查(产检)次数、低体重等个因素之间差异有显著性。结论:出生缺陷、早产、产检次数,低体重是导致围产儿死亡的重要因素。

Objective:To know the occurrence of perinatal morbidity during 2004~2005 in an area of Changsha,discuss measures to reduce perinatal morbidity,aiming to provide a database for further intervention.Methods:From 2004 to 2005,the perinatal surveillance was carried out in an area of Changsha hospitals.The analyses were performed on SPSS 10.0.The relations between categorical variables were examined by Chi-squared test.Results:Perinatal morbidity was found in the 7 353 perinatal.The overall incidence was 6.53‰.Domiciliary register of the parturient,high risk factors,floating factors,birth defect,premature birth,the frequency of prenatal examination and LBW,the rate of the perinatal mobidity had significant difference between every factor.Conclusion:The birthdefect,premature birth,the frequency of prenatal examination and LBW are very important factors which disclosed perinatal mobidity.
