东莞市清溪镇开展普查普治白内障工作评价

目的 通过清溪镇开展普查、昔治白内障的工作,为社区防盲治盲工作展示新的策略。方法 采用社区有组织的普查、登记;镇医院筛查,手术,术后复查、统计。结果 普查村、居委会22个,涉及人口近3万余人。完成白内障摘除+人工晶体植入42例,45眼,术后视力0.3～1.2。结论 镇医院在辖区采用普查、普治方法,是解决农村地区白内障手术治疗率低的难题的有效途径;对指导我国今后防盲治盲工作决策提出新思路。

EVALUATION OF THE TASK OF GENERAL SCREENING AND TREATMENT OF CATARACT AT QINGXI TOWN IN DONGGUAN MUNICIPAL

Objective To provide a new policy for the community prevention and care of blindness by the task of general screening and treatment of cataract at Qingxi, Dongguan. Methods Adopt the general screening and register in community. The town hospital underwent patient checks, surgical operation, post- operation check and statistics. ResultsThe villages carried out 22 census, involve the roughly 3 myriad people, the town hospital complete the extraction of cataract and intraocular lens implantation in 42 people, 45 eyes, after operation sight 0.3～1.2. Conclusions The method that town hospital carrys out screening and treatment in community solves the grass root nut to crack the low rate of surgical operation treatment of cataract in village. For the leaders in policy decision to prevent and cure the blindness it bring up the new way of thinking.
