雷贝拉唑口服治疗反流性食管炎近期疗效观察

目的 :观察雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 :将 12 0例反流性食管炎患者随机分为 3组 :雷贝拉唑组 50例 ,口服雷贝拉唑 2 0mg ,qd ;奥美拉唑对照组 40例 ,口服奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,bid ;法莫替丁对照组 3 0例 ,口服法莫替丁 2 0mg ,bid。疗程均为 6周。结果 :雷贝拉唑治疗组明显降低反流性食管炎症状积分 ,症状完全缓解率 94.0 % ,并可明显改善内镜下食管炎分级、pH <4总反流次数和pH <4总时间 (% )。疗效与奥美拉唑相似 ,但明显优于法莫替丁对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且不良反应少。结论 :口服雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎近期疗效明显、安全可靠

Observation of the Efficiency in the Near Future of Rabeprazole by Mouth in the Treatment of Reflus Esophagitis (RE)

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficiency and adverse reaction of rabeprazole in the treatm ent of RE.METHODS:120 patients with RE were randomly divided into 3 gr oups:5 0 patients were in rabeprazole group,20mg rabeprazole was taken orally,qd;40 pa t ients were in omeprazole control group,20mg omeprazole was taken orally,bid;30 p atients were in famotidine control group,20mg famotidine was taken orally,bid.E very course of treatment was 6 weeks.RESULTS:rabeprazole treatment group o bvious ly decreased symptom integral of RE,complete remission rate of the symptoms was 94 0%,it could also obviously improve grading of esophagitis under endoscope,p H< 4 total refluxing times and pH<4 cumulative time(%).Its efficiency was similar t o that of omeprazole,but was much better than that of famotidine control group( P <0.01),adverse reaction was less.CONCLUSION:The efficiency in the near fut ure of rabeprazole by mouth in the treatment of RE is obvious,safe and reliable.
