子宫内膜样癌中血管内皮生长因子和组织蛋白酶D的表达及意义

目的研究血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和组织蛋白酶D（Cath-D）在子宫内膜样癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法测定162例子宫内膜样癌组织中VEGF、Cath-D的表达。结果 VEGF的阳性表达率随着手术病理分期的进展而逐步上升（P〈0.05）;Cath-D的阳性率Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期与Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。VEGF的阳性表达率随组织学分级的上升而升高（P〈0.05）;G1 Cath-D阳性表达率与G2、G3差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。肿瘤浸润肌层深度≤1/2者与浸润肌层〉1/2者比较,VEGF的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,Cath-D阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 VEGF、Cath-D可能在子宫内膜样癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,对子宫内膜样癌的预后和指导治疗有着重要意义。

Expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and cathepsin-D in endometrioid carcinoma and clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and cathepsin-D（Cath-D） in endometrioid carcinoma and clinical significance.Methods Expressions of VEGF and Cath-D were examined in 162 endometrioid carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry test（S-P methods）.Results VEGF positive rate increased with developing of the pathological stage（P0.05）.There were no statistical differences in Cath-D positive rate among patients at stage Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ＋Ⅳ（P0.05）.VEGF positive rate of high histological grading patients was higher than that low ones（P0.05）;there were no differences of Cath-D positive rate among G1,G2 and G3 patients（P0.05）.Compared the patients with myometrial invasion depth ≤1/2 to 1/2 ones,there were statistical differences in VEGF and Cath-D positive rates（P0.05）.Conclusions VEGF and Cath-D are possibly involved in the pathogenesis and development of endometrioid carcinoma,and they have impotant clinical significances to evaluate prognosis and guide treatment.
