| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:选取我院62例71眼翼状胬肉(包括复发性)患者行角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植手术,观察术后植片存活情况及复发率。结果:术后随访1a,71眼角膜缘干细胞移植片全部存活,角膜上皮修复好,仅有1眼复发,复发率为1%。结论:角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉手术简单、安全、高效,可明显降低手术复发率。

| Abstract: | ·AIM:To observe the clinical curative effect of auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation for pterygium.·METHODS:The excision of pterygium with auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation were performed in 62 patients(including patients with recurrent pterygium).All operations were conducted by microscope.The survival time and recurrence rate were observsd.·RESULTS:Only 1 eye recurred.The recurrence rate was 1% after one year’s follow-up.·CONCLUSION:This operation is simple,safe and efficient.It can reduce the recurrence rate obviously.· |
