角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

目的:观察角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对40例45眼翼状胬肉患者行角膜缘干细胞移植术。观察术后角膜上皮修复,角膜缘新生血管及翼状胬肉复发情况。结果:术后随访5～48mo,42眼植片透明光滑,无异常胬肉样组织增生,3眼复发。复发率7%,治愈率93%。结论:角膜缘干细胞治疗翼状胬肉可有效防止翼状胬肉复发,具有复发率低的优点,是目前治疗翼状胬肉的一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation of limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium
