奎硫平与奋乃静治疗老年期精神分裂症疗效对比与临床分析

目的探讨奎硫平与奋乃静治疗老年期精神分裂症的疗效对比。方法2012年3月至2013年3月期间，我院诊治的60例老年期精神分裂症患者，随机将其分为对照组（奋乃静）和观察组（奎硫平），每组各30例，根据症状量表（PANSS）评分标准，观察和比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果两组显效率比较（70．0％VS66．7％），差异没有统计学意义，P〉0．05；与对照组相比，观察组不良反应发生率显著降低（26．7％VS53．3％），P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论对于老年期精神分裂症患者，奎硫平与奋乃静的疗效相当，但是奎硫平的不良反应发生率明显降低，具有更高的安全性。

Efficacy Observation and Clinical Analysis of Quetiapine and Perphenazine Treatment for Elderly Schizophrenia.

Objective To study the efficacy comparison of quetiapine and perphenazine treatment for elderly schizophre- nia. Methods The 60 patients with elderly schizophrenia in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomized into the control group （perphenazine） and the observation group （quetiapine）, 30 patients per group. The clinical efficacy and ad- verse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared according to symptom scale score （PANSS）. Results The compar- ison of significant efficiency in the two groups were not statistical difference （70. 0% vs 66. 7% ）, P 〉0. 05; compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced （26. 7% vs 53.3% ）in the observation group with sta- tistical difference, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion For the patients with elderly schizophrenia, the efficacy of quetiapine and perphena- zine is equivalent, however the incidence of adverse reactions of quetiapine is significantly reduced with higher security.
